Hey Frank-O operates through event service agreements, production contracts, installation agreements, and project-based engagements.
Contract-Based Services
Most services require a signed agreement, service contract, or project disclosure prior to the start of work. These documents outline scope, deliverables, payment schedules, timelines, and cancellation terms.
Payments made through invoices, digital payment links, or website checkout systems do not replace or modify the terms outlined in any signed agreement.
Deposits & Booking Reservations
A deposit or advance payment is required to secure event dates, production services, or installation scheduling.
Services are not considered booked or confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Deposits are applied toward the total project or service balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary based on the specific service agreement.
Clients should refer to their signed contract for:
  • Cancellation timelines
  • Refund eligibility
  • Applicable cancellation fees
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the service and resources allocated.
Rescheduling Policy
Hey Frank-O will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability and project logistics.
Rescheduled services are not guaranteed and may be subject to:
  • Availability of equipment and team
  • Additional fees
  • Adjustments to scope or timing
